Previously, she spent 12 years in healthcare working with large health systems. She knows how to deliver healthcare. While there she wrote corporate policy that impacted all segments of the population – from high-income to low-income populations, and rural to urban areas. She knows how to write meaningful policy.  She has owned her own staffing business. So, she understands the challenges of small business owners – and understands what it takes to get people back to work.

Niki has a strong educational background, a broad base of experience, and strong leadership skills. She is a strategic thinker and good negotiator. She is a graduate of the University of Chicago School of Economics and has an MBA in Healthcare Administration from George Washington University in WDC. Simply put, Niki has the strongest bio across candidates and is best positioned to win back voters who have moved away from the GOP over the last few cycles. She has strong ties to the community and a message that resonates with the electorate.
